Upcoming hotels in Montenegro: One & Only, Ritz Carlton, Four Points

Situated on the tip of the Luštica Peninsula, the the Ritz-Carlton Montenegro resort is planned to be a hotel with 300 units, including 120 hotel units and 180 apartments. The first phase of the project, encompassing a hotel, 113 apartments, 13 villas and four restaurants, will be finished in the summer of 2023. The coastal property will feature a private jetty for sea arrivals, four restaurants, a beach bar, swimming pools, a salt water lido, spa and fitness room and expansive outdoor events spaces. Accessible by car in 30 minutes from Tivat international airport or two hours from Dubrovnik international airport, the coastal property will bring the brand’s unrivalled elegance and legendary service to Montenegro.

Blue Kotor Bay Premium Resort

Steps away from its private beach and the old town of Kotor, Blue Kotor Bay Premium Resort is scheduled to open its doors in June 2020. Consisting of two buildings, the main resort building will offer 73 modern rooms and the beach property 32 superior rooms and apartments. The adults-only property will feature a conference room, two restaurants, a private beach area, garden and an spa facilities.

The 4-star resort lies in one of most picturesque areas in Montenegro, offering the variety of activities on the Boka Bay and a glimpse into history, culture and Montenegrin way of living in the UNESCO protected Kotor. Located only 6 km from the Tivat airport and 48 from Dubrovnik airport, the Blue Kotor Bay Resort will present an exciting new addition to the ever expanding hotel portfolio in Montenegro.    

Queen’s Beach Hotel

Adriatic Properties, also managing the Sveti Stefan Aman Resort, plans the construction of the new five-star property along the Montenegrin coastline. Queen’s Beach hotel will feature 126 accommodation capacities, including 60 rooms and 66 luxury apartments. The contemporary property will have multiple pools with sweeping coastline views, restaurants, bars, spa and two underground levels with 137 parking lots. The construction is scheduled to finish in two and a half years.

Durmitor Hotel

The Durmitor national park will boast with a new five star hotel, inspired by the wild beauty of the mountains and using natural materials. The new Durmitor hotel will offer 70 rooms, a conference room, two restaurants, indoor and outdoor pool, underground parking and Spa centre. Additional 11 villas will be constructed in the forest nearby. The luxury resort will attract guests throughout the year – for skiing, snow shoeing in winter time and for hiking, rafting thought the 1,300 m deep Tara River canyon and canyoning from spring to autumn.

Four Points by Sheraton Kolašin & Westin Ski Resort Kolašin

Located in the midst of the natural splendor of Northern Montenegro, Four Points by Sheraton Kolašin will increase its number of guestrooms at the current well establish hotel. The enlarged resort will also future a multipurpose hall and restaurant, modern swimming pool, sky lounge and bar.

Close by, the new Westin Ski Resort Kolašin will feature deluxe guestrooms, villa, presidential suit and deluxe suites. Set to the standards of Marriot hotels, the Kolašin 1,450 mountain ski center will offer a restaurant and congress hall with a special entrance.

Le Grand Hotel Podgorica

Taking inspiration from French architecture and French Opera House, the Le Grand hotel will present a new five-star deluxe property in the capital of Podgorica. 20 km drive from the Podgorica airport, the majestic hotel will offer 270 rooms and an extensive spa centre. The Le Grand hotel is to open by the end of 2020.
