The Maritz Super Trip program is designed for the North American market, with a particular focus on the MICE sector (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). Intours DMC has developed a program tailored for special interest groups, with a focus on travel during the pre- and post-season periods.
Based on previous experience in organizing and hosting groups from North America, Intours DMC has created a comprehensive itinerary. It combines visits to Croatia’s most popular tourist destinations—which remain the primary draw for international visitors—with unique local experiences and regional attractions. These additional elements are expected to become significant motivators for group travel and are seen as key to increasing visitor numbers.
The leisure-time aspect of the program is designed as a recreational holiday that emphasizes the rich cultural, geographical, and culinary diversity of Central and Southern Dalmatia.

Program Description – Activities Included
The journey begins in Split, where guests are accommodated at Hotel Le Meridien and welcomed with dinner upon arrival. The following day includes a guided city tour, lunch at Restaurant Bajamonti, and free time in the afternoon, concluding with dinner at Restaurant Adriatic.
From Split, the group embarks on a mini-cruise to the island of Hvar, enjoying lunch on board. Upon arrival, they explore the island with a City and Inland Tour using VW Beetles and Unimog vehicles. Dinner is served either on the boat or as a sunset experience in a 30,000 m² olive grove. Accommodation is provided on Hvar.
The journey continues to the island of Vis, where guests visit the island’s interior and the famous Blue and Green Caves. The afternoon allows for leisure time in the town of Vis, followed by a sunset dinner on the boat and an overnight stay on the island.
Next, the program takes the group to Korčula, where they enjoy a guided city tour upon arrival. Lunch is arranged individually, and guests are given free time to explore the historic town before settling in for the night.
A visit to Mljet follows, with exploration of the Mljet National Park. Guests can choose to cycle, kayak, or hike as a way to discover the island’s natural beauty. Lunch is individually arranged, while dinner and overnight stay are organized aboard the boat.
The final destination is the iconic city of Dubrovnik, where guests awaken under its ancient city walls. A transfer brings them from the boat to the Hilton Hotel. After a brief rest, they embark on a Historic City Tour, followed by dinner at the hotel.
One day is reserved for personal plans and relaxation before the group departs the following day.
